Surviving and thriving as a neurodivergent parent

Every stage of parenting can be challenging in many ways, and parents who are neurodivergent can find themselves overwhelmed by some of the practical, emotional, sensory and social demands of parenthood, and the reduced opportunities to self-regulate in ways that may have worked well before having children. This workshop will support you to map out some of the key areas of difficulty, and find ways to use your (or your clients’) particular strengths and resources to navigate the main sticking points of different stages of your children’s lives.
